MERDEN Projects principal office is located in Sydney and offers majority of our services within the Greater Sydney region, as well as the Central Coast region and Illawarra region.

Accreditated Management System

MERDEN Projects is currently applying for third party certification for carrying out provision of Building Construction and Construction Management services. Our management systems provides comfort to our clients that the project has the highest potential for success and meeting the client’s expectations.

MERDEN Projects Management Systems will be certified to International and Australian standards. Our integrated management system (spanning the environment, quality and occupational health and safety management as well as the project management and business functions) enables our business to operate efficiently and offers strong support to our staff in delivering projects. Our integrated management system forms the basis of our risk management strategies.

It is a major objective of MERDEN Projects to continually improve our benchmarks by measuring, monitoring, auditing, reviewing and improving all aspects of our Management Systems by using our experience gained from the mirror of construction projects to ensure efficiency and consistency. We place particular emphasis on MERDEN Projects performance for our clients; to achieve and maintain the required quality of service and product – on time and within agreed costs, with minimal impact to the environment, minimising risk within the workplace.

Our Fees

MERDEN Projects is engaged as a Contractor or Building consultant based on negotiated fee rates or lump sum, depending on the nature of Client requirements. Where the extent of and requirements for services are not fully known, interim agreements based on time and disbursements charges, are generally completed at the commencement of work.

MERDEN Projects provides the following services in the following Construction discipline:

· Head Contractor under a Fixed Lump Sum or Cost Plus contract;

· Construction Management contract;

· Appraisal of Construction Standards of Principal’s appointed Head Contractor;

· Supervision on Principal-side of Head Contractor; and

· Defects Inspections and management on Principal-side.

The primary services that MERDEN Projects provides are Construction services and professional building construction appraisal and advice to Clients.
